North Innovation Fund (NIF) identifies high growth and innovative companies that are in need of non-dilutive growth capital to accelerate their transition from early stage to commercialization. Through the use of SR&ED accrual debt financing, NIF advances funds (before a SR&ED claim is filed), subject to the needs of the company and subject to technical and credit review by NIF.
